Disposition versions
42. Any addenda shall be forwarded to the suppliers to whom tender documents have been provided. If the addenda is likely to affect the amount of the bids, it must be forwarded at least 7 days before the tender deadline. The deadline shall be extended by as many days as necessary to observe the 7-day notice.
